WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

All team members are eligible to participate except for:
  • Executives and Senior Management
  • Human Resources Director
  • Hiring managers for positions for which they’re hiring
  • Temporary team members

WHO CAN BE REFERRED?

Qualified applicants include individuals who:
  • Are not currently employed by the Family of Companies, including temporary team members
  • Have not been referred previously
  • Have not interviewed for a position within the Family of Companies

HOW DO I REFER SOMEONE?

WHEN DO I REFER SOMEONE?

  • The referral does not have to be based on any specific or current job posting but can be made at anytime.

WHEN AM I ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE REFERRAL BONUS?

The referral bonus will be made as a taxable, additional payment and will be included in your regular paycheck.
  • The team member must remain employed for 6 months.
    – FSNB/UTG Referral Bonus is paid in one lump sum, 6 months after hire date.
    – WRH Referral Bonus will be paid in 2 sums;
      + Half of the bonus is paid 6 months after hire date.
      + Remaining bonus is paid 12 months after hire date.
  • You must be employed by the hiring company when bonus payments are made.

Additional Information

  • Referrals for intern positions and rehire referrals do not qualify for referral bonuses.
  • All referrals must meet job qualifications to be considered for interviews.
  • There is no guarantee your referral will be interviewed or hired.
  • First-time referral bonuses are limited to only one pay-out regardless of position.
  • All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with the hiring company’s policies and procedures.
  • The first team member to refer a candidate will be the only referring team member eligible for a referral bonus.
  • Team members must not make commitments or oral promises of employment to persons they refer.
  • All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
  • Incomplete submissions/forms will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to revise or cancel the Team Member Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time.
